Young Cooks & Farmers - Summer Program at Yellow Farmhouse on Stone Acres Farm
Ages 6 - 13 years old | June 22 to August 27 | 9:30am - 12:30pm | $50 per day
Our summer program invites children ages 6 to 13 to Yellow Farmhouse at Stone Acres Farm, where they can experience regenerative farming and seasonal cooking. Spend the morning in the fields and greenhouses, then in the kitchen preparing nutritious and delicious food.
Students will learn mise en place, knife skills, recipe reading, and more. Beyond the kitchen, kids will help the farmers in the fields and have time to explore the farm. They'll bring home a deeper connection to where their food comes from, memories of time spent in nature, and recipes galore! New recipes each day.
