SCADD Named a "Top Workplace 2025" Winner by The Hartford Courant

The Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) is proud to announce that SCADD has been named a Top Workplace 2025 by Hartford Top Workplaces 2025, an honor that celebrates a positive, employee-centered culture. This prestigious list is based solely on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LLC. This is the second consecutive year that the honor has been bestowed upon the organization.

The anonymous survey measures the employee experience across a variety of key areas, including feeling respected and supported, having opportunities for professional growth, and being empowered to do meaningful work. The award is a direct reflection of the organization’s commitment to its staff and mission.
