USCG Band to Perform Sept. 1 at UCONN Avery Pt.

On Monday September 1st at 5:00 p.m., the United States Coast Guard Band presents a lively free performance on the Branford House Lawn at Avery Point in Groton. Bring chairs, blankets, and the whole family for a Labor Day celebration complete with canons from The Artillery Company of Newport, RI. The program features music from the silver screen, rousing marches, and patriotic classics in a program that is sure to bring the audience to its feet!

This event is free and open to the public. The Branford House is located on the campus of UConn Avery Point, 1084 Shennecossett Rd, Groton CT, 06340.
