CEO of Arc ECT to Speak at National Convention

The Arc Eastern Connecticut is proud to announce that CEO Kathleen Stauffer will be a featured speaker at The Arc National Convention and Leadership Institute, to be held in Columbus, Ohio Oct. 29-Nov. 3.
