Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS to host 29th Annual Community Benefit on December 6th

Will you to help make a difference? On December 6, 2023, the Community Outreach Committee of Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Charitable & Education Fund is sponsoring its 29th annual Community Benefit Raffle & Auction from 11:30am –3pm at Lake of Isles in North Stonington.

The proceeds from our event are donated back to non-profit community service organizations in New London & Windham Counties that provide a growing need of help to our residents, families, friends and neighbors.

We have set an aggressive goal of $23,000 for ourselves this year and have established three components to help meet this goal:
♦ Sale of $10 Raffle Tickets ♦ Silent Auction ♦ 50/50 Raffle ♦ Live Auction

Your generous contributions towards our live auction, raffle prizes, and silent auction of any gift, check, or gift certificate, big or small, will be most helpful in ensuring our event is a continued success. The more we can raise, the more we can help others in need. Cash donations, gift certificates, and merchandise to be included in our silent auctions can be received up to December 1, 2023.Note: raffle tickets will be available for purchase beginning in October. Seven gift card bundles will up for grabs and tickets are just $10 each. The prizes packages are:
1st Prize: Honey Do Package ($1000 value)
2nd Prize: Holiday Cheer & Beer Package ($500 value)
3rd Prize: Feeling Lucky Package ($300 value)
4th Prize: REALTOR® Survival Kit Package ($300 value)
5th Prize: Treat Yourself Package ($300 value)
6th Prize: Northern Adventures Package ($300 value)
7th Prize: Night Out on the Shoreline Package ($300 value)
