The portal will fully open on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 to all participating PPP lenders to submit First and Second Draw loan applications to SBA.

Kevin Lopes, working with other CGA instructors in the Management Department, invited SCORE to work with their students Groton, CT – Chelsea Groton Bank was recently named a Preferred Lender Program (PLP) by the Small Business Administration (SBA). This designation allows Chelsea Groton Bank to decide unilaterally on SBA participation in eligible loans. The PLP is part of SBA’s effort to streamline the procedures necessary to provide financial assistance to the small business community.
