The first 150 people who register and attend the event will receive a free UCFS Healthcare yoga mat. If you are interested in participating please register. From Monday, August 10th through Friday, August 14th an installation of 17,000 flags will be hosted on the Norwichtown Green — the very location where the idea for this health and UCFS is pleased to announce that our Plainfield Health Center has been recognized as Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH 2011) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home 2011 standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
